Our interactive remote assistance tool using augmented reality means an expert can look at the issue in your home at any moment, from anywhere, by accessing your smartphone camera. Simple as that!

How does it work?

  • Report your issue via our online reporting tool or by giving us a call. Include a brief description and 2 available time slots for a 30 minute video call.
  • We'll confirm a date and time and allocate an engineer to your session.
  • You'll get a text linking you to the app to join the live session with an engineer.
  • By sharing your Smartphone camera access, our engineer can offer a quick diagnosis, advice or even talk you through how to resolve the issue yourself by using annotation tools to draw and write on the screen, voice and text chat, snapshots and session recording.
  • If the issue is more complex and does require an engineer to visit, you will be provided with information about exactly what's needed to get things done faster.
