Central heating
- Hot water pipes
- Radiators pipes and valves
- Central heating pump, motorised valves
- Thermostats, (non smart) heating controls and frost stats.
Drainage
- Soil stack pipe
- Blocked or leaking internal drains and waste pipe
- Blocked or leaking external drains within your boundary (£50 Fixed Fee applies)
