About Us

Since 2011 we’ve been providing boiler, central heating, plumbing, drains and electric cover to our customers and we’re not done yet! With over 160,000 customers – and growing – we’re here to challenge the status quo (the big 6) and provide better quality and pricing of home plan cover to consumers across the UK.

What’s involved?

  • Managing inbound calls from customers and engineers
  • Provide technical assistance to resolve faults over the telephone
  • Make sure all jobs are logged on the system
  • Liaising with different departments
  • Working in a fast paced and target driven environment
  • Providing excellent customer service

Do I have what it takes?

Customers will soon forget what you said, but they won’t forget how you feel. That’s why we want people passionate about helping people, even in the toughest of situations. You are not required to have technical knowledge, as we will provide full training on these topics but you will need:

  • To have a passion for customers and providing great customer service
  • Be a great communicator - clear and confident
  • Work well under pressure - it can be fast paced at times so you’ll need to be able to keep focused and positive
  • Be a real team player through being reliable, responsible and dependable
  • Show initiative and have a willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges
  • To be a naturally curious person that seeks to understand situations and to seek to solve problems

What you should expect in return

  • We are a living wage employer for all employees and once you pass your probationary period you are paid more than the living wage.
  • 6 monthly bonus scheme based on both individual and company performance.

  • Your working hours are 40 hours per week over 7 days with variable shift patterns, between the hours of Monday-Sunday 7am-9pm.
  • Full training is provided during your induction and training period.
