  1. We will book one of our emergency plumbers to isolate the issue, prevent further damage and rectify the issue.
  2. We will take payment for the first hour.
  3. An emergency plumber will attend the job.
  4. They will deal with your problem. 

What is Pay Per Use?

Do you need a plumber? Get your plumbing issue repaired with minimum fuss. Our emergency plumber service includes the call-out fee and the first hour’s labour, covering the pluming issue assessment and repair within the same visit (if possible).

If the plumbing issue requires parts or further work, our qualified plumber will let you know and give you a quote on the day. You don’t need to have a PlusHeat emergency cover plan to take advantage of the pay per use service.

For just £129 including vat, we will assist you with your issues relating to your external drainage. This will cover you for our engineers first hour on-site which 98% of our issues are resolved.

This plan is a service agreement and not an insurance policy; as such it is not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Please read the full Terms & Conditions.

  • Boiler services will be carried out between the months of April – September. This is to ensure we are fully equipt and have engineers available to assist you with breakdowns during the busy winter months. If you opt to pay monthly, you will also need to be a customer for three months before you can call to book in your boiler service.
  • If your boiler is 10 years or older, there will be a £50 fixed fee payable for all boiler related issues. If you opt for a plan with £95 excess, the £50 fixed fee will not be applicable.
    You can add our Fixed Fee Waiver for £6/month to void the £50 Fixed Fee.
