PlusHeat was founded with a simple aim in mind – to remove stress and worry from homeowners, landlords and estate agents across the UK by providing exceptional quality, 

hassle-free and great value home emergency maintenance cover.  

Specialising in care for boilers, central heating, plumbing, electrical, drainage and more, 

PlusHeat has evolved from initially supporting estate agents with the maintenance of rental 

properties to creating a range of emergency cover plans for anyone who owns a home or has 

involvement in renting out a property to tenants.  

With many other home emergency maintenance cover providers out there, we wanted to make sure 

PlusHeat stood above the rest. That is why we created a selection of plans, including 

Custom Cover that can be tailored around the needs of you and your property. As well as 

being flexible, our rates are competitive and offer fantastic value for money. 

It was very important to us when designing our cover plans that PlusHeat offers 24/7 care, 

particularly when things go wrong, which is why we offer support, advice and the ability to 

book an engineer 365 days a year both by phone and on our website.
