*Emergency & Maintenance Terms and Conditions: The following set of terms and conditions will apply to your plan with PlusHeat if your plan is either an “Emergency” or a “Maintenance” plan and commenced on or after the 15th of October 2023 or renewed on or after the 15th of November 2023.
