Taken out your agreement in the last 14 days?

Not a problem! Just inform us that you no longer require cover, we will refund you any 

money paid providing we haven’t carried out work for you yet.

Taken out your agreement more than 14 days ago, but haven’t had any work done?

That’s fine too, you can cancel at any time during your plan. Unlike most of our competitors, we don’t believe in tying you down to a 12-month contract from the jump. If we have not carried out any works at your property, you can cancel your contract with just one month’s cancellation fee.

Already had work done at your property after taking out your cover?

Understandably, if we have invested in you and carried out work at your property, you are then obliged to commit to your 12-month contract commencing from the date your subscription went live. To cancel your cover, please email or call 0808 164 2892.
