I was surprised how easy it was to report a problem and book an appointment. Engineer arrived in no time, sorted the problem out and explained what the problem was. Top score!!! Highly recommend!

My boiler service was arranged quickly and on a day that I was available. The engineer contacted me to let me know when he was on route. He was friendly and professional and carried out the service without too much disturbance.

The phone was answered fairly quickly. The assistant was very helpful and gave me the information I required very quickly. He was knowledgeable about what the company could offer.
