Do I need a boiler and central heating cover?

Yes. It's generally recommended that all homes have a boiler and central heating cover in order to improve safety and protect your investment. Boiler covers help reduce the risk of fire by keeping hot water tanks heated up, while heating covers keep the entire system protected from rain or snow.

What does central heating cover include?

PlusHeat cover hot water pipes, radiators pipes and valves, central heating pump and motorised valves, thermostats, (non smart) heating controls and frost stats. You can be sure you have the suitable central heating insurance for your property with our selection of plans and add-ons.

Who will fix my boiler?

A friendly, local expert. We've built a trusted network of vetted, qualified tradespeople up and down the country to ensure we always attend to your issue quickly, diagnose the problem and resolve the emergency promptly. All boiler and gas appliance repairs and servicing will be completed by an appropriate and competent Gas Safe registered engineer.

When does my cover begin?

All of our plans include an initial 28-day exclusion period beginning on your plan start date before cover begins. If you require our services before this time, we can still help! Just ask our team about our discounted rate on one-off repair service as a valued customer.
