We do not believe in charging for call-outs. However, if you’ve chosen a plan with an excess/fixed fee, then the excess/fixed fee will apply.
When a breakdown is unavoidable, our phone operators will be on hand 24/7 to take your call and our same or next day response time will ensure a speedy recovery.
No limit to the number of claim you can make. If you’ve got an issue, give us a call and will we be out to assist you.
If you change your mind about your plan within 14 days of taking out your agreement, we will refund you any money paid providing we haven’t carried out any work for you yet. Simple!
* If you have opted to pay monthly you will be eligible to book your boiler service after you have been a customer for 3 months. Boiler services are carried out between the months of April – September
† If your boiler is 10 years or older, there will be a £50 fixed fee payable for all boiler-related issues. If you have opted for a plan with £95 excess, the £50 fixed fee will not be applicable. You can add our Fixed Fee Waiver for £6/month to void the £50 Fixed Fee.
