The best thing about being part of the PlusHeat team?
The Plus Heat team are very knowledgeable in their respective positions meaning any questions I have, get answered. This then means I can wider my knowledge to further assist customers with their queries.
My job in three words would be

What’s the biggest misconception people have about your position?
People believe that sales people are mischievous and immoral when in actual fact, all they are is a one-stop-shop for information to help potential customers make an their own informed decision.
What’s your favourite quote?
“It’s all about choices” – people forget that life is not predestined and that we all have the choice to succeed in whatever it is that we do.
What’s your biggest pet peeve?
Lies. Being untruthful makes things complicated and allows people to live with misconceptions.
If you could only eat one food for every meal for the rest of your life, what would it be.
Lasagne! It’s been my favourite dish since I was 4 years old and can fill you up for the day with one decently sized serving.
