* If a boiler service is not selected within your plan, you are still required to service your boiler annually in order to validate your cover. If you do wish to make a claim, proof of a service within the last 12 months may be required.
† If your boiler is 10 years or older there will be a £50 excess, payable for all boiler callouts. If you have opted for a plan with £95 excess, the £50 excess fee, for all callouts, will not be applicable.
