Plus Heat Ltd is an Introducer Appointed Representative (Financial Services Register No. 949044) of Phoenix Financial Consultants Limited (Phoenix). Phoenix is a credit broker, not a lender. Phoenix is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN: 539195), and offers finance from its panel of lenders. All finance subject to status and credit checks.

Boiler services will be carried out between the months of April – September. This is to ensure we are fully equipt and have engineers available to assist you with breakdowns during the busy winter months. If you opt to pay monthly, you will also need to be a customer for three months before you can call to book in your boiler service.

If your boiler is 10 years or older, there will be a £50 fixed fee payable for all boiler related issues. If you opt for a plan with £95 excess, the £50 fixed fee will not be applicable. You can add our Fixed Fee Waiver for £6/month to void the £50 Fixed Fee.
